Are the consultations covered by insurance?
Currently consultations are not covered by insurance.
What if I need an in-person consultation?
If the healthcare provider deems it necessary, they may refer you for an in-person consultation.
Can I choose my doctor?
Yes, you can browse available doctors and choose one based on their profile and availability. However we recommend you choosing doctors who have already evaluated you in person.
What are the costs involved?
The cost of a consultation depends on the type of service and the provider’s fees. You will see the cost upfront before confirming your appointment.
Is my information secure and private?
Yes, we prioritize patient privacy. All communications and medical records are encrypted and protected by our Privacy Policy.

How do I sign up to provide services?
You can join Care Connect Network by filling out our online application. Once approved, you will be able to offer consultations on our platform.
What are the eligibility requirements for doctors?
You must be a licensed healthcare professional with an active PMDC number.
How do I manage appointments?
You can manage your appointments through your dashboard, where you can set availability, view bookings, and interact with patients.
What payment structure is in place for doctors?
Doctors are paid per consultation. Payments are processed bi-weekly and can be deposited directly into your bank account.
Can I prescribe medication through the platform?
Yes.
What support is provided for doctors?
We offer technical support, marketing assistance, and a streamlined platform to ensure you can focus on patient care.
How do I set my availability?
You can set your availability through the dashboard by indicating the times and days you are open for appointments.
What happens if a patient cancels an appointment?
If a patient cancels within the allowed window, the appointment will be removed, and you will be notified. If they cancel late, you may still be eligible for partial payment.
