Payment Policy

• Accepted Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards and jazz cash (in process)
• Payment Schedule: Users are charged at the time of booking. Doctors are paid bi-weekly for services rendered.
• In app wallet: deposits will be made to the in-app wallet. Balance in the wallet will be deducted whenever a consult is made.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, the appointment will not be confirmed. You may attempt payment again or contact support.
• Pricing: Rs.500 will be charged per appointment. The amount will be deducted from your in app wallet.
